This family-friendly event is the perfect way to launch a summer full of reading, creativity, and fun. Enjoy a lively atmosphere featuring crafts, games, and hands-on activities hosted by over 20 local community organizations, giving kids and families plenty to explore and discover. Treat yourself to delicious ice cream from Dairy Jean and incredible food from 740 BBQ for purchase, plus our Puskarich Friends of the Library will have classic favorites like snow cones, hot dogs, and fresh popcorn for free. There’s something for everyone, so bring your friends, bring your family, and get ready to kick off summer with an evening full of fun, food, and reading. Join us for Roar and Explore, a dinosaur-themed adventure designed for children ages 18 months to 6 years. Little explorers will enjoy hands-on activities like sensory bins, erupting volcanoes, water play, crafts, and more, all centered around the fascinating world of dinosaurs. Join us for Dino Detectives, a dinosaur-themed adventure for ages 6–11, where kids will dig deeper into the prehistoric world through hands-on fun and problem-solving. Each session begins at 2:00 PM and features activities like fossil making, erupting volcanoes, mystery games, and more.
