Joseph Maiorano, Ohio State University Extension Instructor, will lead participants in fitness events for anyone yet designed for persons with limited mobility, including senior citizens. The hour is comprised of a warmup, then a few Zumba Gold Dances, and last, a time of no-impact stretching. Call 740-945-6811 for more information.
