Take Charge of Your Diabetes

A careful meal plan is the first step in controlling blood sugar. However, individuals with diabetes as well as their family members or caregivers may be challenged with knowing what to prepare or how to prepare delicious meals.

“Take Charge of Your Diabetes,” is an educational program from Ohio State University Extension. Chris Kendle, MS, RD, LD will provide nutrition education as well as ideas for cooking for people with diabetes and their family members or caregivers.
